This position is situated in an outpatient office with a remote work model, providing flexibility and convenience for both you and the clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff, who are all focused on delivering comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based approaches for groups, families, couples, and individuals to address their unique challenges.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to promote client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure effective communication regarding client progress and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on the latest developments in mental health research.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses that reflect your hard work and dedication.
