Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating individual counseling sessions to encourage discussions about emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, aiding clients in developing self-awareness.

• Assessing clients' mental health status through evaluations and interviews to create personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based strategies.

• Providing follow-up support to clients, ensuring continuity of care, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients at Peaceful Perspective will consist of stable adults experiencing low to moderate mental health concerns. Each client undergoes a thorough pre-screening process, ensuring that you engage with individuals whose needs align with your expertise and specialty areas. The supportive environment fosters trust and growth, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful counseling without the burden of managing higher acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Your qualifications must include full licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to provide therapy without supervision.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a strong ability to build effective treatment plans catered to individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Familiarity with digital tools and technology used for client management and telehealth services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 , which is influenced by the hours worked and your level of experience.
