Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

• Providing consultation in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis care plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing detailed documentation and reports that meet regulatory standards in a timely manner.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools as per clinical guidelines to ensure optimal patient care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.

• Participating in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all agency and state requirements.

• Serving as a key liaison for state agencies, service systems, and community partners to promote our services.

• Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels to align with contract standards and the organization’s mission.

• Identifying potential partnerships and funding sources through active engagement with local, state, federal, and private entities.

• Pursuing ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, trainings, and community meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
