Job Title: Account Development Executive - Long Island Job Description

Join an exciting new delivery program launching in Long Island. As an Account Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to become part of a delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch program benefits, qualify leads, and guide them through the application process. This dynamic role involves travel within your territory and offers an opportunity to earn commission for each successful partner conversion.

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas such as Brooklyn and the Bronx.
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, while managing lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

• 1-2+ years of field sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Bilingual proficiency, with Spanish in high demand.

• 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel within Brooklyn.

Headquartered in Suffolk County, this role involves significant travel within the assigned territory. Employees will receive a 50/month phone reimbursement and 72.5 cents per mile reimbursement for travel expenses. The opportunity offers uncapped commission potential, with targeted earnings of $25k+ annually and six-figure earning potential. Additionally, there is a $75 bonus for every application and $150 for every partner ready for launch within four weeks.

This is a Contract position based out of Shirley, NY.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
