Our structure allows for a customized schedule that accommodates personal and professional needs, with full-time counselors typically working Monday through Friday, while part-time schedules can be adapted to team requirements and personal preferences. Importantly, there are no weekend shifts required, making it easier to manage personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitating individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to address specific mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and share insights that enrich the therapeutic process.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest research and trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and those affected by trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
