Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges of clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and understanding.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of various backgrounds, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet their specific mental health goals.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans within 24 hours to maintain thorough and compliant records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular meetings aimed at enhancing client care, sharing insights, and discussing treatment strategies.

• Develop, monitor, and modify personalized treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold independent licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or similar credential that qualifies for practice in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
