This position is primarily onsite at our dedicated Rehabilitation Center in Stafford, VA. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting detailed patient assessments to evaluate functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment programs that align with best practices and patient goals.
• Engaging in continuous evaluation and modification of treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Consulting with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Documenting patient evaluations and treatment sessions accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
