Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and working collaboratively towards achieving them.

• Utilize a comprehensive digital therapy platform to track client progress, manage appointments, and communicate securely.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using digital communication tools and mental health platforms for virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, but we also welcome licensed counselors new to remote work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
