Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing evidence-based diagnostic criteria to create impactful treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly assess client progress, documenting outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system, in accordance with departmental policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in discharge planning, and develop continuity of care strategies.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure high standards of care are maintained.

• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approach will be essential to fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and delivering effective therapy.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years' dedicated experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
