This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while still offering a supportive network of colleagues and access to a variety of resources. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients through telehealth platforms, allowing you to deliver care in a comfortable and convenient setting for both you and your clients. Our outpatient office provides supplemental support and resources for cases requiring additional attention.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while complying with legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and documentation.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

• Actively participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing awareness and access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals and families facing limited access to mental health services. You will provide support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and more. Your work will have a meaningful impact on improving the quality of life for clients who may be experiencing significant emotional or psychosocial challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly those facing socioeconomic barriers to access.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 based on experience and qualifications, along with a substantial sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 .
