The position of Remote LMFT features a fully virtual work environment, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions including individual, couples, and family counseling through a secure online platform, ensuring a safe and effective therapy environment.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes consistent with Nevada state licensure standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical practices.

• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure integrated care delivery, enhancing patient outcomes through a multidisciplinary approach.

• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions, as well as participate in team meetings to contribute to continuous professional development and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at LumaMind Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating complex issues such as communication breakdown, conflict resolution, mental health struggles, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current, active LMFT license issued by the state of Nevada. Candidates with interstate licensure are highly encouraged to apply.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

LumaMind Therapy offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
