Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and inform personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individual therapy plans that are responsive to clients' distinct challenges, preferences, and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity of care and address any co-occurring disorders.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and understanding to support their loved ones effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

You will serve a diverse group of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
