Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate your clients’ journey toward improved mental health.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more, tailoring your approach to suit individual client needs and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice in all documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted nature of mental health issues.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the quality of care remains high and to encourage knowledge sharing within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing empathetic and informed support to clients of varying backgrounds, ages, and identities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your professional training.

• Current active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California, certifying your qualifications to practice in the mental health field.

• Strong background in applying solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing for personalized and impactful treatment strategies.
