Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized tools.

• Therapeutic Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a variety of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your client population will encompass diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to employ culturally responsive practices and further develop your expertise in mental health counseling. This role demands a thorough understanding of the multifaceted nature of mental health struggles and the ability to connect authentically with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
