Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine appropriate intervention techniques.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions with clients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to support their recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, helping clients develop social support networks and shared learning experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on the latest research in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse clientele, addressing varying mental health challenges that include but are not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral health issues. Sensitivity and cultural competence are essential, as you will work with individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring that therapies are relevant, respectful, and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C is required.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
