Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client base encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. You will work with patients grappling with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, requiring sensitivity to the unique cultural and contextual challenges they may face.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
