Horizon Flex Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lakeland, Florida. Work Environment

Situated in a warm and welcoming outpatient office in Lakeland, our facility promotes a supportive and team-oriented environment. Working full-time from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, our therapists enjoy a structured schedule while having the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population. This onsite position allows for direct interaction with clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships that are essential for effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' individual goals and needs, creating tailored treatment plans to address their specific therapeutic requirements.
• Manage a caseload of 2 to 3 patients per hour, delivering personalized and effective physical therapy sessions.
• Utilize a range of treatment techniques to offer cost-effective solutions that improve patients' motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Develop and implement progressive care plans focusing on strengthening, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their treatment to enhance their engagement and recovery outcomes.
• Consult with multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Monitor progress and document patient care interventions systematically to track improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We cater to a diverse client base, including adults and seniors, who seek to regain their independence and live pain-free. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher, such as a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Acquisition of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT is an advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented framework.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive package of benefits that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
