Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluations of physical capabilities, pain levels, and mobility limits, to identify individual treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's goals, ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care.
• Execute treatment interventions utilizing evidence-based practices and methods, continuously adapting approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
• Educate and empower patients and their families on exercises, therapeutic techniques, prosthetic devices, and home exercise programs necessary for recovery.
• Coordinate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage the continuity of care for each patient.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload, ensuring the effective distribution of resources and maintaining clear communication with members of the care team.

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatric patients with orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation needs, as well as individuals seeking preventative care. Qualifications

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license in Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or the willingness to obtain this within 30 days of employment start date.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient care and engagement.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is desired.

Compensation and Benefits
