Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and functional capabilities, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Engage in peer consultations to ensure clinical appropriateness and compliance with treatment modalities and protocols.
• Review and analyze requests for physical therapy services, ensuring they align with established clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in case management meetings, presenting clinical progress and recommendations to the medical director and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with all personnel policies and procedures, contributing to a positive workplace culture focused on ethical care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your responsibilities will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, and those affected by cognitive impairments, mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or physical limitations due to environmental factors. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
