This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both counselors and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring a strong therapeutic rapport is built while adhering to ethical practice standards.

• Conduct regular client sessions to monitor progress, set individualized goals, and initiate discharge planning as necessary.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each client, including treatment progress notes and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to better understand client needs and establish effective treatment trajectories.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional development and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals spanning various ages and backgrounds, including adults, children, and families. We are dedicated to offering tailored mental health services, focusing on common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your therapeutic approaches will cater to the specific needs of your clients in a respectful and supportive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• An unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient with technology, including software tools like spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a well-rounded clinical background.
\n
• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Previous work experience within community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind and Body Connect Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our fee-for-service compensation model ensures that you are rewarded for your hard work without waiting for reimbursements.
