Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients during intake appointments.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer support and build coping strategies for various mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and participation in research to stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our focus includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in the counseling field, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A comprehensive understanding of ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.

• Demonstrated capability for collaboration within a healthcare team for holistic client care.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use interventions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of the caseload. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
