Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Pillars Family Care Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to address specific mental health challenges, utilizing various evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals, ensuring client progress is regularly evaluated and adjusted as necessary.

• Offering flexible teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Documenting all client interactions in accordance with ethical and professional standards, ensuring complete confidentiality and maintaining comprehensive logs of progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through team meetings, supervision, and workshops to further enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse adult and adolescent clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold:

• A current and valid license in the state of Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client interaction.

• A strong foundation in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Organizational prowess and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and documentation responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pillars Family Care Therapy offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits include:
