Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist may include individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling or a similar clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
