Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, background, and goals, ensuring personalized treatment plans that resonate with their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive and comprehensive care strategies for patients.

• Provide essential crisis intervention support, equipping clients with necessary strategies in times of mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and local resources available, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation as per legal and ethical standards, thereby ensuring compliance and fostering trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds facing mental health disorders, including, but not limited to, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, LCP, LSCSW, or LMFT in the state of Kansas.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
