Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities to assess their individual needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapy services tailored to the unique challenges faced by geriatric clients, employing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families in therapeutic techniques and preventive measures that can be implemented at home to support mobility and safety.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
