Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and integrative therapeutic techniques to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate rapid and effective client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring high standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team by participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the quality of care and sharing insights to support shared learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
