Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and initial evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that they receive appropriate care tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Perform case management duties by linking clients to essential community resources and services, including healthcare, housing assistance, and support groups.

• Engage actively with the Utilization Review Department and Business Office, ensuring smooth operations regarding authorization, payment, and service delivery.

• Support fellow team members during their absences by providing additional clinical support and ensuring the continuity of care.

• Document clinical interactions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner to meet facility and licensing standards.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and breaking down barriers for underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
