This full-time counselor role is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to practice independently. Note: We do not offer supervision or support for provisional licenses.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep sense of empathy and understanding.

• Strong digital literacy, comfortable utilizing technology for remote sessions.

• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities to effectively engage with clients during video sessions.

• A dependable internet connection for uninterrupted communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Counseling Collective values the hard work and dedication of our counselors. The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
