Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying de-escalation techniques and immediate support.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and local support resources while advocating for their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW).
