Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance as you provide essential services through telehealth. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate patients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs, particularly as these relate to their physical health conditions.

• Develop personalized and integrated treatment plans that address both the psychiatric and medical dimensions of a patient's care.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques as necessary to meet each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and coordinated care that enhances patient treatment outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed, effectively managing emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients experiencing co-occurring conditions, such as mental disorders intertwined with chronic physical ailments. The nature of our practice requires therapists to be skilled in addressing the mental health needs of those with both psychological and medical complexities, helping them to improve their overall quality of life while managing their health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health concerns of individuals with co-occurring medical issues.

• Experience in integrated care and collaborations with healthcare professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
