Sales Development Representative - New York City

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation across enterprise organizations. The SDR will research and develop new business opportunities, establish rapport with clients, and book meetings for Sales Directors. Ideal candidates are driven, organized, personable, creative, and comfortable with cold and warm outreach. Experience in Financial Services is preferred. Responsibilities In the first 60 days, you will: Spend time learning HERE’s technology, client base, and target markets Learn how to use an AI‑centric GTM stack to scale outbound efforts Research and develop new business opportunities for Sales Directors Begin booking inbound & outbound meetings for our Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong In the first 6 months, you will: Manage your own pipeline and book meetings with key target accounts Understand target market and how to approach different personas Build and maintain relationships with prospects Demonstrate understanding of HERE in role‑play scenarios By your 1‑year anniversary, you will: Consistently hit target metrics Show in‑depth product understanding in role‑play and client interactions Contribute to team success and culture Effectively manage a successful pipeline What We're Looking For 1‑2 years of sales development experience in Finance (preferred) Experience at a SaaS company with Enterprise products Self‑driven, resilient, goal‑oriented, adaptable to market changes Exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate with senior stakeholders Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail What We’re Offering Generous Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays & Sick Time Paid Parental Leave Financial Well‑Being Plans (FSA), 401(k), Life Insurance Stock Options Professional Development Courses Employee Resource Groups One Medical – Free Membership Talkspace – Mental Health Therapy 24/7 Team Lunches Casual dress code Commuter Benefits (NYC employees only) Citibike (NYC employees only) Salary Range $50,000 – $70,000 Equal Employment Opportunity HERE is an equal opportunity employer.
