Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, employing evidence-based techniques to understand their unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA requirements and regulatory standards to ensure client confidentiality and integrity.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing treatment efficacy and sharing insights on best practices.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds and face different mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve providing compassionate care and understanding to individuals aged from children to adults, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their diverse needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused interventions effectively to meet the diverse needs of clients.
