Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students’ mental health needs, considering their strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, directly addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Implement treatment plans customized for each client, setting specific goals and outlining tailored interventions.

• Collaborate with the wider treatment team, including educational staff and other health professionals, to ensure students receive coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention and develop risk assessments and safety plans when necessary, ensuring that students receive immediate support and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and interventions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups, allowing students to connect with peers and foster shared experiences for collective healing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
