Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address clients' mental health concerns.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological states, providing accurate diagnoses.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in workshops and consideration of relevant continuing education opportunities.

The client population served by New Life Psychological Health Center includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent credential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence, inclusivity, and diversity in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Life Psychological Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with experience.
