Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and support by creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices.

• Utilize clinical screening tools and evidence-based methodologies to measure client progress and adapt interventions as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring an integrated approach to client care and ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
