Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ situations to gather pertinent background information and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients both via telephone and in virtual meetings to ensure they are receiving the supports they need to overcome immediate challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations to stabilize client conditions and prevent escalation.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Serve as a resource, offering information about community resources and making referrals to appropriate agencies as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular training and staff meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor and identify potential signs of child abuse and take necessary steps to protect at-risk clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
