Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate personalized therapy strategies that address their individual mental health issues.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Manage a consistent caseload that reflects both availability and experience, with the potential to earn an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Pacific Heights Counseling Services, you will serve a varied clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and those requiring family therapy and substance misuse support. Your role will be essential in reaching those who may have limited access to mental health services, thereby making a significant impact on both individuals and families in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, particularly in clinical environments.
