Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine patients’ mental health status, including an evaluation of symptoms, challenges, and personal history.

• Refer clients to appropriate external healthcare providers when necessary, including psychiatrists for medication management and specialized support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients presenting a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, stress management, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in managing various psychological conditions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technology to manage client information and sessions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
