Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s psychological state and determine the most suitable treatment modalities.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
