Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized, effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific mental health needs.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual counseling, group therapy, couple therapy, and family sessions, utilizing various methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, enhancing treatment through input from specialists in various fields.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population in the Fort Worth area, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Our clients may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these clients navigate their path to recovery and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Your workload will be managed with adequate client referrals to facilitate a balanced caseload.
