Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify strengths and resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions unique to each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that empower clients and promote peer support.

• Perform risk assessments and crisis interventions, offering safety planning and emergency support when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
