This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while supporting our community's mental health needs. Flexibility is key, as hours will be based on client appointments, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 per year, alongside a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and communicate treatment recommendations to primary care providers.

• Deliver brief, focused interventions to patients requiring mental health support, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
\n
• Determine the appropriateness of ongoing care within the primary care setting versus referral to specialized mental health facilities.
\n
• Establish follow-up procedures to monitor patient progress and assess the need for adjustments in treatment plans.
\n
• Develop relapse prevention strategies and provide support to help clients maintain stability and healthier functioning.
\n
• Identify at-risk patients and collaborate on preventative care initiatives.
\n
• Document the patient's therapeutic progress rigorously in their treatment charts and maintain open communication with primary care providers regarding treatment plans and patient needs.

• Assist patients in navigating healthcare services and complying with prescribed medical treatments, providing coping strategies for medication side effects.

• Maintain familiarity with ethical standards and regulations in mental health care, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n
