You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, which typically consists of 10 to 30 billable hours per week, ensuring you can provide quality care without feeling overwhelmed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy to clients seeking outpatient mental health services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, family, couples, and group settings.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and dual disorders using the latest DSM under supervision from licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, ensuring appropriate treatment planning.

• Provide a range of clinical services, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and strategies for stress management.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to formulate and implement effective treatment strategies, enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
