Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with pre-crisis and crisis protocols.

• Timely completion of documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by our clinical team to enhance assessment accuracy and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet all necessary standards.

• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure our clients receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to consistently meet contractual obligations and uphold the organization’s mission within the community.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance service offerings and explore new funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, representing the agency at community events, and participating in meeting committees relevant to mental health.

• Support and embody the agency’s mission and core values in all interactions, modeling best practices for the team.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals facing various mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and people with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with clients from different backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is attuned to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in community health settings, knowledge of behavioral health regulations, and familiarity with evidence-based counseling methodologies. Professional experience in developing crisis intervention plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams will be advantageous.
