Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, providing some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Behavioral Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a personalized approach to client care.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
