You'll be primarily serving low acuity adults who seek assistance in managing their mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, with no limitations or disciplinary actions. Licenses may include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Strong interpersonal skills, highlighting empathy, active listening, and compassionate engagement.

• Proficiency in using technology, including reliable internet access and a computer equipped for video conferencing.

Preferred Experience\n

While all candidates are encouraged to apply, those with experience in providing virtual counseling, using solution-focused modalities, or working with diverse client populations will be at a competitive advantage. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new team members who meet our hiring criteria.
