Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering diagnostic evaluations and effective short-term psychotherapy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and preparing treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services, including but not limited to crisis intervention, couples therapy, addictions counseling, and family sessions.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

• Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment progress, complying with all organizational and regulatory guidelines.

• Participating in team meetings and clinical consultations to enhance client care and support interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Assessing and determining urgency for clients in crisis, providing immediate interventions as necessary.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas or a Psy.D.
