Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health concerns, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to engage with clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility barriers, ensuring they receive ongoing support regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and organized documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with emerging practices and enhance clinical skills, contributing to both personal and organizational growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current, valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
