Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Execute timely and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all client files are up-to-date and adhere to clinic policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to monitor client progress and outcomes effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that suit individual client needs.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's credibility and compliance.

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to enhance service delivery and resource acquisition.

• Develop and sustain effective communication with all stakeholders to meet organizational standards and effectively represent the clinic’s mission in the community.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local and state agencies, federal partners, and private organizations to promote clinic programs, securing potential alliances and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending relevant conferences, workshops, and community meetings to remain current with industry trends and practices.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs.
