Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual needs, create tailored treatment plans, and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Develop pre-crisis and crisis plans in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive support for clients during critical times.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to enhance your diagnostic capabilities and treatment effectiveness.

• Work alongside team members to establish positive behavioral support plans while promoting recovery-oriented practices.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our standards for care remain high.

• Act as a vital link between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, facilitating access to essential resources.

• Advocate for agency values by creating strong, open lines of communication that promote mutual understanding and support within the community.

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand the agency's influence and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations and strategic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals facing emotional challenges, mental health disorders, substance use issues, and those requiring support due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
